PWCS Cumbria are established window cleaners in Penrith, covering all of Cumbria. Founded in 1989, PWCS has over 30 years experience. Our clients include vehicle showrooms, doctors surgeries, office blocks, hotels and large detached homes in urban, rural and semi rural areas. We specialise in larger properties, and cleaning the windows of properties in remote areas of northern Cumbria, and the Lake District National Park. Amongst our clients are holiday home owners in Martindale, Matterdale, Dalston and the Eden Valley. We are fully insured and fully committed. Our Pure Water Cleaning System is environmentally friendly, offering effective window cleaning without chemicals or soap
PWCS offer streak free window cleaning using a ladder-less water fed pole system and Pure Water, leaving your windows with a crystal clear finish. We were amongst the first local window cleaners to convert to this system way back in 2006.
PWCS pump Pure Water through carbon fibre poles from a van mounted tank onto the windows to a height of up to 52 feet. We clean the entire window not just the glass. Our carbon fibre poles are strong, lightweight and very rigid. The jets in our system spray the surface of the window. Our brushes remove the soiling. Our water rinses the windows streak free and your windows are left gleaming.
Pure Water leaves a streak free finish
The key to our streak free window cleaning finish is using Pure Water. Pure Water carries no electric charge and no minerals. The process of producing Pure Water involves using several advanced filtration systems forcing particles within the water in a direction they don’t want to go. Because there are no minerals in pure water it leaves behind no residue, stains, spots or marks on the surface. As a result, pure water is absolutely superb for cleaning.
Our lightweight and rigid carbon fibre poles mean we can reach windows up to 52 feet high. This means we can clean large, detached and commercial properties with ease.
We also offer traditional window cleaning, for instance for internal window cleaning, using cleaning soap and water applied through an applicator and squeegeed off.
Windows stay Cleaner for Longer with Pure Water
Pure water is not only better for cleaning, because it sticks to all the dirt particles as we clean, it also keeps your windows cleaner for longer. Pure Water dries with no film, and, as there are no particles in it, does not attract and trap dust and dirt, as tap water would. Gutter Cleaning
Our unique wet and dry vacuum and pole fed system delivers extra suction to get your gutters cleaner. Lightweight carbon fibre poles enable cleaning up to 40 ft high. We use a ladder-less self built wet and dry hoover specially modified to include a cyclone inlet to guarantee better suction. All of which means no damage to your property and superior gutter cleaning.
Gutter vacuum cleaners are flexible enough to allow access to gutters on even the trickiest of roofs with little or no access. With our specially modified vacuum, we can pick up heavy debris. Regular gutter cleaning keeps your gutters in good condition.
